I've ben rather good so far. Particularly seeing as I'm 'working from home' most of the time. Five Live commentary while doing stuff, instead of actually sat watching telly. Possibly in the pub.

But I've had to watch the Argentina match - which is turning out to be a belter. I'm actually meant to be doing some illustration work.Oh well.

How much skiving are you doing then?

I am pretending to go home to watch the games and then doing something else instead.

Not that fussed about some of the matches to be honest, but do love a good excuse to get out of the office!

Not as much as I should as I also work at home, though I have been watching the Argentina - South Korea game whic has been excellent.

Off for a road ride in half an hour as the day is so nice, so won't waste too much more time in front of the PC / TV ๐Ÿ˜€

I'm doing masses of skiving. It's just not to watch the football. That would mroe of a waste of time than me sat here waiting for the ****ING DHL MAN like I have been all day when it's brilliant sunshine and perfect riding weather. Between 9 and 5 they said.

What they mean is 'about 5, after you've spent all day waiting for the lazy bugger because he's been watching the football. Oh, unless you nip out for 35 seconds in which case he'll drive up, knock on the door briskly, shove a 'I missed you' card through the door and then drive away at light speed just before you come back round the corner, stand on your drive looking around for something and then hammer away on your keyboard like an apoplectic gorrilla.

Tons!

Work have a 'guest' internet connection for visiting consultants etc - it appears to be unrestricted, so I am plugging my own laptop in and watching the live feeds...
