Fully bonded, secret nailed or floated? Labour only or any materials?

I charge £10m2 on laminate and £15 on solid wood in Leicester for floated or nailed but an up charge for glued to allow for the extra labour and hassle. so yes it's about right.

It'll depend on method of laying, width of boards, engineered/solid...lots of factors really. You shouldn't accept a price for fitting without someone coming to have a look at it. A 6 sqm hallway could be as much as a 15 sqm living room.

Glad I don't live in Leicester though. 🙂

Sorry to sound a bit sucky-teethy dawson. It's not as complicated as we're making out. But if you're looking to get someone in, then make sure you get him/her around and ask as many questions as you want. A decent sort won't mind answering. It may well be that it's a simple enough job.
