Since I cut out the booze last Saturday, feeling crap (gut ache) and can't 5h1t as regular as before. Didn't drink too excessively but 2 to 3 pints a day, just wondering if the two events are linked?
Not particularly the symptoms regularly associated with Alcohol withdrawal.
But everyone is different I suppose so its impossible to say really.
Maybe you just need a good dump.
IME those are just two of the minor side effects of sobriety..
expect also sleeplessness, panic, utter desolation, bad skin, bleeding gums, headaches, nausia, joint pain, muscular pain... just pain in general, hate, loathing, self-loathing, despair, fear, horror, malaise, flu-like symptoms, complete lack of humour, depression, boredom..
you may also become boring, tedious, soulless, irritable, self-righteous, cantankerous, aggressive, hideous, repulsive and evil..
EDIT: expect also to experience ageing and parenthood

Yunki that's ageing and parenthood, not sobriety ๐
...And remember to call yunki if you ever need cheering up ๐

If you're talking real ale rather than weak lager, then I'd suggest that's plenty enough of a habit if it's every day - 9+ units a day, 60+ units a week (using usual rule that people don't overestimate how much they drink).
That's only 5days since your last bevvy? Could be be owt really, I mean maybe your diets shit?
I'm not a quack but if you drink plenty of water and have a varied diet your toilet pattern should be ok.

Mines a sort of Jackson Pollack type effect at the mo.
I think it was last night's 'sprout surprise'.
Should I be worried?
Shit happens rusty
Should I be worried?
you haven't had the surprise yet

i know a chap who, when asked by the doctor how much he drank each week, deliberately gave a lower number.
of 40 pints.
