Can I use a new Plusnet supplied router with BT Broadband to replace my Home Hub router? (BT Broadband)
I have tried without success.
Any ideas?

Don't know about those specific items, but generally you should be able to use any router with any ISP.
You need to go into the settings, normally via your browser, laptop connected with a network cable to router, and enter your ISP settings.

That's not really true as some ISP's (Sky especially) use different types of authentication.
In this instance you should be okay so long as mentioned above you change all of the login details to suit.
