Started on the gin about an hour ago...can’t see it lasting long as I’m post night shift.

Mine is about to shut down - finished my last red wine last night, don't want to hit spirits during the week and have just about run out of beer.

I do have a few bottles of white wine in the garage but that's pretty hateful stuff but I may end up opening one up this week.

I think I may have a large bottle of Aldi cider too - that'll have to do.

Tonic has been in serious short supply around here, having to ration the G&Ts....

Probably won't start till at least 6pm today!

Is the tonic shortage due to its historic quinine content and the links to chloroquine as a CV treatment?

Or just that we live somewhere where life without a G&T is too unbearable to contemplate...

*checks drinks cupboard*

About 40 bottles of various spirits
About 40 bottles of various wines
4 cases of beer and 2 cases of cider.

I think i'll be OK. I don't even drink

I accidentally stocked up on Tonic before the lock down, so G&T's are plentiful round here at the moment. Well until the Gin runs out anyway.

I seem to be drinking more than usual since this all started though so going to make sure we have a couple of dry days a week. Mondays and Thursday I think.....

Bar is closing for an hour due to night shifts. Be back soon.

Yeah Bruneep I can imagine my retirement will be very similar.

Oh and loads of tonic here thanks to xmas overstocks and freebies from local distilleries.

Wisely used the 20% discount the local brewery was offering just before the hard lockdown, so I picked up 24 bottles. Vast amounts of gin from Christmas but no tonic!

Mrs Binners has just walked in from the and cheerfully announced 'well it looks like It's wine o clock!'

I'm not going to argue with her. Why would I?

Cheers, you lot.

My home bar is well stocked.
In fact, too well stocked. I'd been hoping to have a party to empty out a couple of my kegs.

Got 20 litres each of
Lager
Black lager
Saison
Barley-wine

2 litres of barrel aged barley wine
6 bottles of wheat beer with some red grape juice in
8 big bottles of imperial stout.

Have 20 litres of each of an IPA and a double IPA in conditioning tanks in the brewery I can't get to either...

You might be OK, YGH - when all non-essential businesses were closed here yesterday, the decree listed beer brewing as an essential activity. So crack on!
Local craft breweries have taken a huge hit on pub sales, but the home delivery market is booming (people have been fined for coming out of shops having only bought beer!)

I had 2 weeks off the drink due to some nasty drugs from the local hospital, I nearly threw up when my good lady had a beer, eventually normal service resumed and 3 bottles of Wold Top porter disappeared on Friday night then Saturday some Bellfield Brewery session vanished and last night a bottle of Rioja. I should give it a break during the week especially as I am riding every day

Living in a wine region of Cataluña has it's benefits, had to go to the farmacia in our village today. While I was waiting outside, I spotted a few locals furtively coming out of the bakery next door with plastic bottles of dark liquid. Curiosity got the better of me and I went to enquire. It was red wine from our valley which was available from under the stairs at €6 for a 5 litre bottle! Just tried it and it's very drinkable. Result!

Just had a bottle of my latest batch of IPA. Conditioning had improved it a lot. I think a few more days and it should be good. Maybe a little more chilling too.

Priorat wine region
This is our local wine, it sells for around €15-€20 a bottle so €1.20 a litre is a steal, no wonder they keep it secret.

Ours is open after a joyless day washing the conservatory walls, upvc and windows and floor.  The quest for paint continues.

Currently on westerham breweries GF Spirit of Kent pale ale and after that it's their GF Double Stout.

The devil makes work for idle hands I tell you.... I drink a fair bit but since this freekin Furlough (maybe a good name for a beer) I've been justifying a beer or two once the clock turns 3pm.... Or earlier. I won't last this bloody lock down at this rate.

I’m on Sainsbury’s Craft Low Alcohol Ale - brewed in an old Post Office Depot, No. 90 Hipstermerchantbanker Avenue, Hoxton. It’s smooth and creamy.

Anyone else just preparing tea now? It Seems it’s not just the drinking. It’s like I’ve fully switched into holiday mode.

Getting up mid-morning, eating at 10.30 at night (steak and chips btw), staying up drinking til 2. I’m quite enjoying this? Pity I’ll be destitute in a couple of weeks, but if I stay pissed I won’t notice 😃

No, the Mrs has been very organised today and started a lasagne this am. I’m now contemplating eating the cashews meant for curries with a beer.

I'd quite happily sit up and have a few but for home schooling and the wife working. Damn you all!

Have a 20l box of cider in the loft. Might not by the end of lockdown.

Having (evidently) wasted much of today....opened bar at 10pm; yakima pilsner from vocation brewery then a very interesting italian white from 2006 - for the wine snobs it's a bianco besler from dolomiti.
For eats - plaice, baby potatoes & peas.

Currently enjoying some cheese and port, Port was all the alcohol I could get for a sensible price delivered when in isolation last week. Its taking the edge off my sciatica nicely after 5 cans of beer.

My bar is back fully open - 48 tins of 54 Degrees North lager and 8 bottles of Riggwelter beer delivered directly from the Black Sheep Brewery in Masham.

That should keep me going until the weekend.

Didn't even know they had a bar. Daltrey pulling pints and Townshend pouring the cocktails? Bet they've got a pinball table.
