Laphroig Quarter Cask is only £21 in Sainsbury's at the moment. Bloody lovely if you like Islay whiskies and normally about £30, sometimes more.

Damnit! I'm supposed to be marking coursework and you tell me there's cheap whisky just a 2 mile bike ride from where I'm sitting!

It might help with the marking?

Getting off the internet would help with the marking... 🙁

Don't buy petrol, so don't care.

Wife off to Sainsburys. Will she get the right stuff?

I went to Sainsbury's on the strength of this thread, but they didn't have any Laphroig, so I ended up spending quite a bit more on a 16year Lagavulin.

It's bloody lovely though...

That 16 yr old Lagavulin is my favourite whisky - got a bottle of it next to the Quarter Cask. 🙂
