Laphroig Quarter Cask is only £21 in Sainsbury's at the moment. Bloody lovely if you like Islay whiskies and normally about £30, sometimes more.

I'm sorry you're right, what was I thinking?
Damnit! I'm supposed to be marking coursework and you tell me there's cheap whisky just a 2 mile bike ride from where I'm sitting!
It might help with the marking?
Getting off the internet would help with the marking... 🙁
Petrol's only 97p a litre at Tescos though.
97p?! Where the **** are you living? 85.9p here.....
NI.
petrol's pish
97.7p in Wiltshire, unless you go to Europe's most expensive garage in Marlborough where its still over a quid!
Don't buy petrol, so don't care.
Wife off to Sainsburys. Will she get the right stuff?
She did 🙂
Slàinte!
Thanks for the heads up grumm.
Slàinte indeed!
Europe's most expensive garage in Marlborough where its still over a quid!
Why do people go there? Snob value?
Bugger, i seem to like everything but that isly stuff. Tase like its been filtered through David Bellamys' beard to me.
I went to Sainsbury's on the strength of this thread, but they didn't have any Laphroig, so I ended up spending quite a bit more on a 16year Lagavulin.
It's bloody lovely though...
That 16 yr old Lagavulin is my favourite whisky - got a bottle of it next to the Quarter Cask. 🙂
