Could [i]El Massifo[/i] inform me about websites? I need to build a website and host it as cheaply and quickly as possible to back up a proposal i are wroting. It has to be easy to use, because I are any fule.
Are there free programs that are easy to use available? I don't need merchant services or anything, mainly a shop window kind of affair. Can someone point me in the right direction?

For quick and easy, I've used Microsoft Publisher for club sites etc.... Upload it to 1&1 can be up and running the same day for under a tenner.

I'm aware that this is far from perfect from a web designers point of view, but it does a simply job of having something out there.

For simple shop window purposes I use Google Sites and .Mac. Neither requires any web know-how. You can do the same sort of thing with blogging tools like Wordpress, Blogger etc.

I've gone with Wordpress, just signed up for a free account, even I can cope with that I think!
