The Ferrari without a doubt. An amazing looking machine.

Once you've paid for it and it's yours what are you going to do with it? You can't really keep it in on display in the living room because it'll reek of high octane benzin ring stuff. It's not even going to be much fun on a track day, a Lotus 7 would be more fun. I just sold my competiton cars when I stopped competing. No point keeping them because next year they won't be competetive anymore. I hope they end up where they'll provide the most pleasure to the most people, a museum that runs them around a couple of times a year.

I wasn't actually going to spend £600,000 on a 1970s F1 car.

I will have the most expensive one please, and then I will sell it and buy a house with a massive garage and fill it with absolute shitboxes.

But still, it'd be pretty awesome turning up at Falkirk Cruise in the Tyrell

Bet you’re fun at parties.

P34 for me.

The parties I get invited to are generally populated by tree-hugging lefties chatting about passive house builds, composting toilets, living off grid, vegetable patches and crossing continents on bicycles. I turn up with a guitar and get people to sing along, and they keep inviting me so they must think it's fun. 🙂

I get why people like these old F1 cars which is why I said I'd like to see them in museums open to the public or on a track where people can spectate rather than under a dust sheet somewhere.

Mclarens. All of them please.

But i have similar daydreams as Northwind. "Nice ST, what this? This is my 6wheeled F1... To the traffic lights!"
