Who are people currently using to post/send a bike (not an ebike) within the UK mainland please?ย

I usually use Paisley Freight for big modern bikes but Parcel Force now have an option that is possible to send a bike with and it's considerably cheaper. Never had a problem with either.

I just used DPD, due to the size they picked up from the house. I was surprised at the cost was expecting it to be twice as much plus a bit.

Parcelforce or DPD both been good and reliable but found paisley freight too vague when something was sent to me

I used the cycle courier co , initially they sounded expensive but when I put the value of the bike on Parcelforce their price skyrocketed .

You don't need to box the bike up they have specially adapted vans to secure bikes plus they don't go through umpteen handlers , picked up taken to a secure dedicated warehouse then onwards delivery , you choose day and time for collection then the other end does the same . Text messages, driver rings you when he's half an hour away and the bike is fully insuredย

Sent my Curtis to The Seatpost Man and returned from him professionally and hassle freeย
