Me and the missus are spending a few days in Fort Bill as part of a weeks Highland biking in May. The b+b is booked but need somewhere to eat.
Looking for a nice restaurant or two but something that's not too style over substance. Would like something that sells local produce but willing to try anything.

The Grog & Gruel and the Ben Nevis Inn do good pub grub. Lochaber Farm Shop up at Nevis Range is great for a quick bite. Russels at Spean Bridge is wonderful for a romantic meal but you do pay for it. The Lime Tree in Fort William is good too, as is the Crannog (seafood). Enjoy ๐Ÿ™‚

We had an excellent meal at Crannog a couple of years back. Good location on the loch too.
