Bloody UPS saying parcel cannot be delivered without signature but can only be delivered between 0900 and 1600 when we're at work. So I tick the UPS drop off shop option (which is two minutes from work). Shop was shut so they will only attempt one more time.
I'm going to phone the ups office today and offer the driver £10 to just post it royal mail tracked 24hr.

Waking up for work and realising I have to deep clean an entire coach including luggage lockers in under 3 hours. Solo this is a full day job if the coach isn't in a ****ing shit state.... which this one is.

Mildly annoyed that today's weather is a lot better for a day on the beach (in Cornwall) than yesterday's. But we're homeward bound.

My in-laws.
Every time I think they can't get anymore thoughtless and uncaring they manage to surpass themselves.
I'd be happy never to see any of them again, but it bothers me how much they upset my wife.

My (normally fine) immune system is rubbish. What should be a minor cold has turned into a massive achey bastard of a thing.

Not normally a problem, but I'd planned the FNRttC tonight and ride back tomorrow and now I'm not going. Harumph.

Left my glasses at home, so I'll spend all day squinting at my screens until I get a headache.

Clients calling me up for a 'chat' coax info out of me so they can buy the stuff I sell direct.

Trying to sort Wi-Fi issues with virgin media online chat system, currently an hour into it and now they’re trying to sell me something to get signal in the garden…… No, I just want a reliable signal in the house please! (This is my first ever issue with VM)

Another one with a cold / man flu here, absolutely wiped out and can’t go to the gym today. This is mildly annoying as I’d just joined one close to me and had started to enjoy going again after many years away from them. Suspect there’ll be no cx ride on Sunday either if it continues.

Trying to work out how I can fit a lupine svto lamp and remote switch on a bloody canyon hover bar. They knew didn't they, when they designed it they had a bloody good German giggle thinking about the frustrations owners would have attaching normal everyday accessories to their fancy advanced handlebar, bloody bastards.

Tell us the full story.

She drives a council minibus transporting children & adults with special needs. She insists on keeping the bus phone in the front with her even though she knows fine well she can't answer it if she's driving, the passenger assistant in the back should keep hold of it. So the phone rings, she picks it up & hands it behind her to the assistant, allegedly hurting her shoulder in the process. She's actually claimed damages & won.
Everyone knows she's got an agenda to claim her way to retirement, just wish they'd just pay her off & be done with it.

Not being able to suppress mild irritation at being asked to do something so other person does it themselves despite saying okay I'll do it multiple times.

Multi-level bullet points.

New guy in work cycles. Couple months ago I mistakenly informed him I was on Strava. My feed is now full of:
His commute to and from work.
On days he does not commute - its his walk to the train station and back.
His evening walk with dog or kids.

Ok, this may not sound too bad - but its typically accompanied with rants a about people he sees not wearing masks properly, or other cyclists not riding correctly.

And each activity has multiple selfie pictures of him pulling faces at the camera as he is riding/walking .. just to remind me what a bearded bore he is.

Spending a week working in American units. Dates all wrong, temperatures in Fahrenheit and daft imperial measures with the odd metric one thrown in for added confusion.

I have strong objections to people measuring 5.75mils. It's 5.75 thousandths of an inch. They need to show some courage in their convictions and use a daft fraction or equally silly new unit like a hair. You can't pick and choose!

Go to Strava/Profile/Following, find the throbber then next to his name is a drop down list - select "Mute". And breathe...

A support partner's inability to get their support desk to actually support any of the people we're paying them to support. We have a new account director with them. He is simply the latest in a sequence of chocolate teapots - about one a year for the last 5 years, by my reckoning.

I'm not putting the word support in parentheses though, because I think my dim view of their support capability is fairly obvious...

Neighbour's dogs.
Owners at work M-F and kids at school; enclosed back garden so the 4 dogs bark and whine both indoors and outdoors.
They never get walked so they aren't socialised.
Neighbours think it's ok; I've explained it isn't and that's not just my view - it's shared by the council and RSPCA as I've discussed with them informally.

To be fair, their dates are mostly right, it's just that the year's in the wrong place. Year-month-day is the only sensible format and this is a hill I will die on.

The delays in supply chain for my new frame and fork. I have a whole bike's worth of parts ready that I don't want to put on my old bike as upgrades first.

Myself. I've decided I need a new smart watch to go with swapping to an Apple phone from Samsung.

The fact that I am still having the odd cigarette here and there despite much preferring my vape. Suppose at least I have gone from 20-30 a day to 3 or 4.

My procrastination over doing the food shop as I'm going to have to sit in traffic queues created by 2 rammed petrol stations opposite each other and roadworks

This stinking cold that I've had since Tuesday. No doubt I'll be okay by Monday just in time for work.

University is annoying me. Aged 43 I've just started University doing a graduate apprenticeship. Except I haven't as I've been thrown off the course one week in. It turns out the HND I did 18 years ago wasn't signed off properly. University don't like that, they think I was dishonest in my application and have ejected me from the course. So now, not only do I not have the opportunity to do a degree, the HND I thought I had isn't real either.

Other than that it's all good.

Parents of my footy teams kids who can't be arsed to watch, let alone cheer them on when they're absolutely beasting themselves to keep a foot in against the league champs. They got the message when me and the other coach shouted at/shamed them to get involved.

Not being able to get everything I need from one single supermarket. So I end up spending most of Saturday afternoon going from one supermarket to another.

And don’t get me started on the idiots panic buying petrol/diesel when their car is already 3/4 full. Or a boot full of jerrycans.

No. Logical consistency. HH:MM:SS is correct. Date should follow suit. What's 100 divided by 0.5? Two or Two-Hundred?

This comment is from a man whom I’ve watched wheelie up an A road, constantly jump from pavement to road and had to explain that we would be obeying traffic lights on our ride. Bellend.

Was planning a potentially last dusty trails ride this morning before giving in and fitting mudguards on the gravel bike. It rained overnight....

Daughter has come down with "a cold", 4 days after her best friend tested positive. Waiting on her latest LFT. Out for lunch today with my parents for a multi postponed birthday, A level and now leaving for uni celebration....
