Since theres nothing else interesting happening today I thought I'd cook something nice.

We're having Roast chicken with za'atar, sumac and lemon followed by chocolate brownies. What about you?

Red pepper & Salmon stew.

My Mrs bought the latest Lean in 15 cookbook. As doesn't eat meat, but likes fish it's about the only recipe out of 200 odd that she'll eat without major modification. 🙄

Will it be chips or jacket spuds?
Will it be salad or frozen peas?
Will it be mushrooms?
Or fried onion rings?
You'll have to wait and see
Hope it's chips, it's chips
We hope it's chips, it's chips!

Prob poached eggs and beans on toast after tonight's ride. Depends on how many pints and packets of crisps/nuts get consumed in the pub afterwards 😉

Tea? PG at work or Yorkshire Decaff at home.

If you mean supper, probably a salad, or something with noodles.

A quick cheese and ham sarnie between leaving work, voting and tonight's MTB ride.

I can see it now, I will be running late and will end up eating 5 minutes before setting off and feel like puking half way up the first climb.

Hopefully the pub stop in the last few miles should settle my stomach though.

Veggie chili (as my only means to get p20 to eat veggies once a month!). Just finished making it to sit on the side and let the flavours develop and so it just needs warming up when I get back from hopefully a short ride after work.
