Baked trout, mashed spuds with roast garlic, roasted parsnips with honey and roasted broccoli with garlic.

And a big glass of Baileys. As it's nearly Christmas.

Just Jackie taters with tuna and sweet corn mayo, generous dollop of butter and a handful of cheese was tea tonight but homemade dessert is sat on top the oven 'proving' at the moment, STOLLEN. I win!
