Proper Autumn food, well done.

I've been to the pub and had Balti half rice and chips washed down with a pint of ale.

Mrs Yunki can be a bit fussy about her scran.. she's got high standards and knows what she likes so although I love cooking, I hate cooking for her..

Tonight was one of those rare occasions and I had an absolute shocker from start to finish.. not helped at all by some bought in minted lamb burgers that tasted like the main herb used in the seasoning was strong Sensimilla.. 😯

Bad times.. unless of course we start feeling all spaced out and psychedelic later..

Good home cooked veggie food; crechy plate pie, onions and carrot in a pie (far more exciting than it sounds) home made spicy wedges and peas. The best is yet to come, blackberry and apple crumble topped off with custard.
I win best tea!!

Blue corn tortilla chips, green chili salsa---washed down with Jack Daniels and water, which pretty much takes care of doing any more tasks that Mrs Busydog had in mind.

Roast chicken, roast potatoes and veg followed by homemade apple crumble and ice-cream.

Not a bad way to finish a non-stop day.
