Cheers, Googled it. Sounds easy, off to buy some gin, vodka and a couple of large bottles in the morning.

A couple of words of advice.

Leave it for longer, I usually keep mine for 18 months before straining and bottling.

Shake every couple of weeks.

Add sugar at the end. Make a batch of sugar syrup and sweeten after you've finished the infusing. Takes the guess work out and you can get it just right.

Start saving any 'nice' little glass bottles to decant into and give as xmas gifts.
