Greek salad with grilled lamb. I'm living in a hotel at the moment and I'm getting them to make me a packed lunch everyday.

Obviously it helps to have spent 16 of the last 24 months in the same hotel.

Had an ace dinner at a bar in Bondi. And too much beer. And wine.

Bedtime now....

I'm working just to the north side of Manchester city centre and drive through a Jewish area to get to work. I have noticed there is a bagel bar so going to try that today. Might make a change to sandwiches.

After a brief interlude when someone mentioned a chorizo and bean casserole, I think he'll be back headbutting after binbins' pasty. ๐Ÿ™‚

Chicken salad from the van - haven't touched bread for a fortnight and feeling better for it. Decaf tea, with the zeal of a convert.

Heinz winter broth
3 slices of wholemeal toast (from a 400g loaf)

Toast should be higher in calories than un-toast as it's much more filling. Just a thought...

Headbutting the screen won't help.
If you break the glass you can't get to the pasty -it's just an image. Sure the thickness of flat screen monitors makes this obvious!?
The lazy ****er will have to go to Greggs and get his pasty like everyone else.
