[#2442198]

Bought some chilli road shoes for winter end of Aug. The heel has fallen off on one shoe ๐Ÿ™ Now as its a road shoe it is only walked in a short distance etc. So kind of miffed this has happened tbh. Tried contacting absolute cycles twice about it but they seem to ignore correspondance. What would you do next if in the same boat?? As it hasnt lasted very long.

You say you contacted the retailer, how did you contact them, email or phone?

Phone them up, harder to ignore a phone than an email

They should replace the shoes or offer a refund

Well contacted trading standards. They are v interested, especially the fact they have no contact address on their website!!
So there you go a warning if you buy from them!! Their after care sucks!!!
