As an antidote to everyone else's achingly cool choices, these are my honest purchases as best as I can remember them:

The first record I bought with my pocket money was the theme song to "alias Smith and Jones" TV show I was aged around 5 or 6. It had a picture on the back of the sleeve you could colour in.

The first album bought was "Saturday Night Fever Soundtrack" gatefold sleeve. I bought it from woolworths.

The first record I bought on my own from an independent record shop was Rappers Delight by the Sugarhill Gang. Felt very intimidated at the time going in to what felt like an exclusively adult environment.

Last recording I bought was a CD of "Watch the Throne" by Jay-Z and Kanye West.

Last actual Vinyl Album was "In Rainbows" by Radiohead.

I still have all of them.

I'm convinced you haven't read them all.

True, I'd only read the first few when I wrote that. These things normally have someone claiming that their first record bought aged 4 was by the Ramones or the Velvet Underground. But that their musical tastes have developed considerably since then.
