after snapping a couple of bolts i think it is time to invest in a torque wrench.

Can anyone advise of a decent torque wrench and socket set that can cope with torques from 2-20Nm as i have a larger torque wrench to deal with bigger forces.

Never used a torque wrench for smaller stuff, I've always worked on the "feels right" method with no problems. However I recently got hold of some ex-BT instrument torque wrenches, 0-12nm and 0-4nm - great little creations if you can find them online. Otherwise I'd just buy any cheapish one- they'll be fairly close to correct, certainly close enough for bikey bits.

Dont bother with the others. Norbar is the only way to go. Requires far less calibrating and is the most accurate on the market. Used by RAF etc.

theotherjonv I'm afraid not, just what you see. It's really nice though, red, calibrated and everything!
