I'm cooking Christmas dinner for the first time this year...
I've decided to give the Turkey a swerve as never really liked it.
So... I bought a 2.7kg lump of Aberdeen Angus topside.
I need to feed 2 adults + 2 kids Christmas day, and have enough left for a boxing day cold buffet for 12 people.
Anyone got any interesting ideas on how to cook it?
I want to end up with it cooked medium, as most of the boxing day gang (my outlaws) wont eat it any rarer.
