Nu-vista 😀

That's the shizzle.

KEF 104aB's trained my ears, also a good choice 🙂

Just had to share...

Isn't it great when, even after all this time an upgrade proves to be little short of jaw-dropping?

Speakers are now bedding in nicely and starting to really come on song.

Just played "Fotheringay" by Fairport Convention. Solo vocal/acoustic guitar. Very familiar with the track, but this was the first time I've been able to hear Sandy Denny's breath passing through her throat as she sings. 😯 😀 8)

Flinkin, to quote the ovine overlord, blip!

Small comment on MrWoppit's setup. It looks like you have the stands on spikes on tiles. My inclination would be to remove the spikes and seat the stands on blobs of bluetac.

Following reading exactly the same advice on the NAIM forum, I went the whole hog and blu-tac'd the stands to the tile floor and the speakers to the stand tops.

Top tip, slowoldman. Cheers. 😀

Not as expensive as some on display here but my Mordaunt Short MS are still going strong after a few years.

Might look to get a pair of floor-standers and use the original FL/FR as part of a 7.1 set-up. Any recommendations upto about £500?

B&W CDM7s powered by some Audiolab stuff.

Wife is trying to persuade me to ditch the lot and get a soundbar - I've told her I look into it
