I might need to get a mobile printer. B&W is good enough. It needs to be cheap (I already have a couple of printers so I'm not desperate). Is there anything worth considering?
There is nothing cheap. Only two options, Canon iP100 and a HP one (forget its name). Both are at least 160 notes and they are really not that small. About the size of a large dictionary.
I think the HP one has better spec and options (battery is reasonably priced as is wireless support) but some say the Canon has better print quality.
I managed to score a Canon one from John Lewis ex-display with bits missing ultimately for 47 quid but it was a bit of an epic struggle to get it to work.
We've had some of the (old model) HP DeskJet 460s and have two of the current model H470s for our sales guys.
They have worked pretty well. The WiFi setup on the 460 model was terrible, so we stick to USB.
Thanks, I reckon I'll get a 100m extension lead instead (or would a couple of hamsters be better?) 😉
