We try to make a batch of food at the weekend to freeze and reheat on week nights. Shepherds pie, chicken pasta bake, chilli etc.

Looking for some more ideas

Risotto with salmon and peas. They (3.5 and 1.5) devour it.

spag bol, home made pesto of any kind made with the help of or by minivader (just had some kale pesto made a couple of weeks ago) stews of any kind, pie. several varieties of basic pasta sauce that can be added to mid week, the jamie oliver ones go down well with minivader. do a big roast and freeze a portion of the meat then just cook some veggies to go with it or use it for a curry/stir fry/cold meat and salad thats just a few

Breaded chicken goujons
Breaded fish
Chicken stew
Brisket and red wine sauce
Bolognaise
Basic tomato sauce for pasta/pizza
Home Made pizza dough
Chicken and ham pie
And so on...

The only limitation is your imagination.

Breaded fish
????

They come pre-frozen in nice geometric boxes featuring a bearded chap, that slot in the freezer really easily.

Curries (Thai, Indian blah blah)
Lasagne
Spag Bol and other pasta/sauce/bake creations
Fish Pie (Hairy Bikers' recipe is bulletproof)
Risotto
Anything from the slow cooker
Chilli
Moussaka
Probably other stuff too ...

Also a vat of cauliflower cheese with bacon/gammon/ham etc. Throw in broccoli and peas if you want to get extra greens inside them.
