To avoid it sucking up even more of your life than it does already? And how often do you reckon you check back per day? Obviously more if you've posted or contributed to a thread yourself. If I have enough time, I reckon I check four or five times a day. About the same quantity as tea drinking for me.

By using a full touch keyboard and then using the mouse to click on it. Stupid but possible and frankly I'd be disappointed if every combination of stupid but possible hadn't been tried at least once by someone on here.
