As soon as im out of the office im heading to greenwich park for some sledging, only I dont have a sledge, what can i use that i am likely to have in my flat???

A black bin bag will work fine. Just don't sledge over any stones and expect to get a cold bum.

I find bags etc only work well on well compacted snow, otherwise you want tray-like objects that spread the load. I wonder if waxed cardboard boxes work like they do on sand?

Go really well, you can get more than one person on them, I think we have had six people and a dog maximum.
They have an element of steering and it's not far to fall off at high speed when the fence is coming up too fast.
