Debating which one to watch. Currently undecided between Man on Fire and The Hurricane.
american gangster
training day
Does he not just play Denzel Washington in all his films? ๐
Err.
Err...
Quite like the Bone Detective.
Unstoppable was more enjoyable than i thought it was gonna be
I don't particularly like the film and the ending is awful but he's superb in The Manchurian Candidate.
Training day
Never thought he was the right actor for Training Day.
Death Wish or the Hurricane.
i think american gangster is an excellent film
Inside Man
Glory
Watched crimson tide again last night. Fantastic film, definitely one of Denz's best. He's good in The Seige too.
Never thought he was the right actor for Training Day
But that is what made it so good - IIRC up to that point he'd always been the good dependable man in the films he was in. I thought the fact that he played a gangster (a bit badly- as in hammy and OTT) added to the film not detracted from it, as it made you believe in the corrupted cop even more.
The seige +1 love that film.
Inside Man
Most entertaining, definitely Crimson Tide for me. But he kinda plays the same character in every film really doesn't he
My on fire. Awesome!

Of the two, I'd watch 'Man On Fire'.
'Fallen' is better though.
Fallen - great ending all part of the deal!
Man on Fire, Malcolm X, Crimson Tide and Training Day are my favourites
One day i'm going to get a pimped out Monte Carlo just so i can "you in the office baby....mount up" then stick Still Dre on
Malcolm X for me.
Another for Fallen.
Absolutely fantastic film. Closely followed by Man on Fire ๐
deja vu ๐
I got time on my side
Man on fire and Fallen are great, quite like the bone collector too.
There isn't one !

man on fire
Yeah hopefully Denzel Washington
Man on Fire.
I believe that would be a film without Denzel Washington in it...
If I really had to - like, watch a DW film or be shot - it would probably be the book of Eli.
crispy tacos with cheese. who gives a fock. it's a nice film where a previously "bad man" has re-invented himself, and struggles through some sort of self revelation. i like it.
I don't think the man has made a bad film tbh so watch any of them an ur enjoy it ! But if I had to say ......gotta be american gangster.
Has to be The Book of Eli. Although most of them are damn good.
Death wish
+1 for Fallen
fallen is one of my fav films
he's pretty good in John Q too
but he's good in pretty much everything he's done for me
