The standard ones hurt my wee ears, any ideas what is a good upgrade?

Many thanks

Sennheiser cx300 are excellent in ear phones. Had a couple of pair, now using klipsch 2's lot more pricier though.

Koss spark plugs. For the price they are INCREDIBLE. Really comfortable too, just like putting those squidgy ear protector things in.

No get my vote. Sound is adequate and certainly better than most, but the real benefit is the way they fit and stay put. Also, a little tip. If you buy some, get them from BA's inflight retail catalogue online. Sounds a strange suggestion I know but you don't have to fly to buy and you still get the tax free discounted price and free p&p.

Another vote for cx300 here - excellent, and just survived a session in the washing machine to no ill effect!! Various sized buds to fit different ears are supplied, though I have heard some people still struggle. Standard ones fit my ears a treat though 🙂

We've got Shure SE110's.

After a bit of a running in they have relaxed to sound quite amazing..they come with lots of different ear piece bits so you will find a set up that suits and is comfortable too and are comfy in the ears.

Link to some for 47.00

I had some very expensive Bose on ear headphones before but they were pants compared to the little Shure's.
