age of 6. Brain training games don't seem suitable (too difficult) and doesn't hold his interest. Yes it's for a boy, so he hates anything which is obviously educational too 😕

Professor Layton series is good,
Can kids read properly by 6?
the box states "3 and up, but must be able to read to fully appreciate the game)

can read ok at 6, but would be slow and require help with that i'm guessing, but I actually bought that game for his granddad, so he can play with him (oh er).

any other recommendations still appreciated... up to Christmas Eve, when I do all my shopping 😀
