4 eggs scrambled and a big cup of black coffee.

Should have stuck with 3 eggs like I usually do as 4 seemed too much.

3 eggs, dash of milk, pinch of salt - whisk together

fry some onion, chorizo, spinach, chili etc

pour egg over and mix together, then leave for a minute or so, then pop under grill

Espresso (from Nespresso) before on t'bike.

Bowl of cereals made up of:

a layer of bran flakes
a layer of sultanas
a layer of Special-K
a layer of Coco-pops
with skimmed milk

And two large coffees.

Not as high in the nommage as others but quite nice nevertheless.

About 'nom' on the nom scale (which ranges from 'yech', 'meh', 'nom', 'nomnom' and 'omnomnom'. Oh yes I'm 45 and don't care. ๐Ÿ˜€

Lifer - start out simple... try a 3 egg omlette.

Ingredients = 3 eggs
Prepartation = turn on frying pan, beat eggs.
Cooking = put in pan.

The other tip is when you mix the eggs and milk try not to beat in too much air. The more air you put in, the more it will fluff up and the more like scrambled eggs it gets.

The other tip is when you mix the eggs and milk try not to beat in too much air.

Unless you're making a spinach and ricotta one...
