UK seller/stock
Ideally a 'big' brand (Sony, Samsung etc) not one of these new Chinese makes.
What would stw buy?

I couldn't find anything that small in Android for that money.
The xz2 Compact is still fetching £500 after being on release for a while now.
Looks like the best you can manage at that size is another one from the xperia compact range
