Domestic Jobs today 😥 have a morning pass for tomorrow though.
Went to a birthday party last night and got smashed so no riding today. 🙁
Was a grand day - just finished by riding with the family until it was dark... 8)
Stuck in work on a 12 hour shift all day, my daughter went to Woolacombe surfing, the sea was like a mill pond where I was.
Awesome 4 hr ride in aberdeenshire today. Only one rain shower
First tentative ride in 7 months after hip replacement , all went well, very relieved.
100 miles around north wale's finest roads....still quite chilly though.
Yup, nice sunny day. Road ride to Dunkeld to watch rally cars through Craigvinean 🙂

Perfect, did Littlehampton up the Arun to Amberly then caught the SDW to QEP.
All on MrSchmancy 29erSS.
I seem to have been going the wrong way, must have seen 40 odd others doing the SDW going west/east, whereas I was going east/west..
Big shagged now tbh.
Wonderful day on the CX bike in Llandegla with the GF despite a puncture at the end of the red.

was hill walking yesterday in the highlands, going sea kayaking in an hour and the suns beaming out..............

Today i spent upside with my head and shoulders through here re routing pipes and insulating them. Stupid previous owners.
30 mile road ride on sat .
35 mile road ride on sun.
Classic newbie roady mistake of failing to unclip at stationary traffic and going down hard in front of me.
I laughed as Im a git , and 5 mins before he saw me faffing with a puncture , didnt ask if i could sort it, just carried on in his Karrimor hiviz top .I asked if he was ok and didnt see any blood and he went on his way and i went mine.
