Well most people on here know I'm a big guy and that I've been trying to loose weight...
Well for those of you (most of you) who don't look at my [url= http://howtoloose11st.blogspot.com/ ]blog[/url] 😉 in the 4 weeks of february I lost 8.4kg
So I'm pleased with that.
