been given access to a crap load of online training in web design through my work (dipped into web design before at college and really enjoyed, can use Dreamweaver but not much else)
Where should i start? Dynamic HTML/Flash/Coldfusion/Dreamweaver/Photoshop - the list goes on and on

Depends what sort of development you want to do - graphical or code. Presuming you mean graphical I'd pick the most widely used software to get a grounding but who knows what that is? We must have some webdevs in here?!
