If you do fancy meeting them there are now some European Bison in Blean Woods near Canterbury.
Used to be some okay riding there but fair amount will now have been fenced off for them.
There's a farm near Oakham used to have bison, proper distraction when you went past.
Forget the bison, the wild boar are seriously dangerous around Canterbury

Theory: the low pitch of Harley exhausts hurts their ears. One of our dogs goes batshit in the car when a Harley goes past and I suspect that's why.

They could hear the low pitch growl of a bike like a sign of agression, either way, I doubt they interpret the noise as friendly or relaxing, haha!
