I have a 30 year old rab 3 season bag that could do with a scrub

DIY or professional job?

Any tips? My main concern is the drying process.

Ta.

Franklin in sheffield. IIRC it's around £35 and well worth it.

Happy to hear your solutions though Don? I may know several whiffy and unhappy 'goppettes'. Jet wash or immersion in canal?

Sand blaster, mate, it's the only way to rid them of their goppyness.

Done my 15 yr old Rab a few times in the machine with a down wash-in from Nikwax, then the important bit... A very warm (not hot to melt)strong blast in a tumble dryer til its bone dry. Clean and replenishes to new. Though I expect there will be some detioration in the down if its that old, maybe you consider having it re-filled... Contact Rab they are very helpful...
