And, guys, what's this obsession with being hairless?

who knows? I'm a man so I'm furry, it's nature.
If I was a little boy I'd be all smooth.
The shaved baldy head is only because my hair ran away and luckily my wife thinks I look like a cross between yul brynner and some chappy from a goth band, which apparently is a good thing ๐Ÿ˜€

Hope it has better economy than my Discovery ๐Ÿ™

Shakey - probably only if your Discovery is a petrol.

Never mind the economy though, get it bought!

I'd just like to know that whatever I buy to replace my 4x4 is going to mean cheap/cheaper motoring for me and the wife for the next few years, and not end up costing me a fortune in spare parts and bills.

Something with a bit of go, reasonable space and comfort, some nice toys and lashings of economy. Yeah, that would do the job.

Well, last week, my Casio g-shock, died on me after 25+ years of great service. ๐Ÿ™

This is the latest updated version & is over 4 times the price I paid for my first one!

Still, I would love another one ๐Ÿ˜‰

A couple of weeks off work, in the sun, with family and perhaps a bike.

I want to be able to taste some Colmans French mustard again.

I used to love this when I was younger and I tried looking for it again recently but I could not find it.

I did a bit of research and discovered that Colmans have been on a bit of an acquisition spree over the years and the EU got involved at one point and told them they had too much of the mustard market and had to drop some products including my beloved Colmans French mustard ๐Ÿ™

After 6 months of being ill I'd like to be able to ride my bike without fear of relapse.

Anything material is of no more consequence when compared to my health.

(but a pair of coil U-turn sektors or a reverb seatpost would be nice)

How can i have missed this thread? ๐Ÿ˜ฏ

1) a cuddle
2) to be able to run longer distances again injury free without worrying about my tendon(s)
3) to have a month away somewhere nice with blue skies and sunshine, with lots of seafood and and good coffee, sandy beaches, big mountains and culture.

*sighs wishfully*

Don't you have to be a nun to live in a convent?

All I really want is:

1 Things to improve in Libya and Japan. Trite, perhaps, but the issues there make any of my little gripes seem utterly inconsequential.

2 More time off work. This job is killing me, and I don't get enough time with my family.

3 For the sun to return. Winter's gone, but it's still grey out there. I need heat and brightness.

Ok I take all my previous wants back.

I just started the iDave diet, and what I want most of all is SOME CARB RICH FOOD! Anything.. sweets, soft white bread, bowl of rice.. ARGH! This must be as bad as quitting fags surely?

I only started it this morning!

I'm trying. Walking to the bakery to get delicious real custard filled doughnuts for Mrs Grips was extraordinarily difficult, but I did it ๐Ÿ™‚

I did have some milk this morning in my coffee tho ๐Ÿ™
