Would like to put these on my Lakes Memory Map, anyone able to give advice on how to go about it?

Go here.... http://www.walkingplaces.co.uk/downloads.htm and save the wainwrights csv files to your PC.

Open Memory Map and select Overlay > Import. Choose .csv file type. Select the file you saved and click Open. Job done.
