Dirty sex pool repairers assemble, I need some advice on the technical side not the dirty side.
Purely by going of your post, source and fit a new pump.
First clean all of the filters etc. If it's clogged up wit dirt, that can cause problems.
Also the capacitors in the pump can burn out. Should be possible to replace them, instead of a whole new pump.
Changed both wet ends on the two main pumps as ceramic seals had started to leak. It's the ozonator I now have issues with, I think it's packed up. No little green light on the box and no longer bubbling out of that hole. Straight swap for a different one, plug and play in to the balboa brain?
No idea, but a couple of weeks ago I saw a circuit board for an older Balboa where a relay had burnt out
I wouldn't be chucking too many new parts at it until you've had it diagnosed
