[Closed] Vouchers

Bah, just got screwed over on a voucher. Irritated. When I first went to book and use my voucher they were not able to fulfil their end due to missing staff and so extended my voucher expiry by a (short) time. Unfortunately I've not been free to use it in that time (and wanted to use it when I tried to book as I didn't think I would be free afterwards to do so - I was right). They're now taking the cash and refusing to refund or extend to a time that is suitable to me, despite my not booking not costing them anything or causing them any inconvenience.
