Been with Virgin Mobile for a couple of years now and not had any issues.

They're upgrading the network and switching from piggybacking EE to their own network.

New SIM card arrived last week and swapped it over with no problems.

That was until Friday when I couldn't receive incoming calls from other mobiles. Landlines were no problem just mobiles - tried from several different providers but no joy.

2 hours to tech support and tried various solutions but nothing worked.

Another new SIM card is on its way to see if that solves it.

Anyone else having issues??

As a Virgin Mobile customer for years I’ve not had any problems, but I’ve also not heard anything about network changes...

It's to do with 4G and the switch to the Virgin only network.

Not massively advertised, first I knew was a text saying a new SIM was on the way for the Wife's phone, than I had same text & email a few days later.

Swapped mine first before the Wife's, still not swapped hers yet.

Ah, so it’s not just me then. They’ve sent me a new sim too, but i’ve Just bunged it in a drawer. If it ain’t broke... i’ll swap it out if and when my current one stops working.

I had thought they were trying to trick me into a new higher cost/lower allowance contract. And that by accepting the sim i’d be agreeing to the contract. I’ve been on the same dirt-cheap unlimited everything plan for over a decade. Occasionally they write to me to say it’s uneconomical for them to carry on offering me this plan, and that they will either severely restrict my allowance, or ramp up my bill. But nothing ever happens...
