Anyone used them successfully? I'm looking for tickets to see Chinese Man in Paris next week and review sits are making me very nervous of this reseller.

I've used them twice in the past, most recently for tickets to see a band in Manchester for my daughter, prior to that for latitude.
If you don't mind paying twice the original price then it seems a reasonable safe service.
I hate the way people buy tickets just to sell on at a profit nowadays. Takes all the fun out of going to see bands.
I use them regularly to get tickets to see aston villa, and they have always been very good. They are a 'partner' of the club though so I don't know if the process is slightly different.

Used them for an Ajax match in March. Original tickets fell through but they sorted some more quickly, excellent service.
