A wee recommendation, changed car to a wee Merc Citan recently, insurance was going from 200 to 340 with direct line.

Tried Brentacre, they were 440, but guy rightly said they specialise in modified vans, told me to try gladiator van insurance.

196 quid, happy days.

Worth a go, there's regularly folks on here asking, thought I'd post up so that anyone searching sees this.

My van was only about £200 last year fully comp without any NCB (NCB was used on car). That was with Aviva, so might be worth a look. This year it's insured as a modified campervan and it's about £370 through Brentacre with 9+ years NCB. Big difference, but I was surprised how cheap the Aviva one was tbf.

I've never heard of Gladiator but will add them to my search list.

Insured my van last week and A Plan were the best option and great to deal with.
