Was contemplating buying a Citroën Berlingo Van to transport the bikes, camping etc. It's just me and the wife, so we don't need the rear seats, so it would basically be the version without the windows in the back.
Thing is, a few people have told me that it's difficult to get private insurance on what is essentially a commercial vehicle. Is this true? anyone have any experience of this?
van 1.9d partner - 450 third party - 900 FC
car 1.9d partner - 250 fully comp !
24 - 2 years ncb and the missus
but i found tidy car versions were about 1500-2000 quid dearer than eq vans - so it balanced out
Adrian flux do us a good rate for commercial.
