Recommend me your umbrella if it’s a good one. Curved wooden handle and not a pop up one and not hundreds of pounds variety thanks! Can’t justify a mega expensive one sadly.

Thanks. James Smith look great but too pricey for me. Fulton Huntsman wins replacing my red Santander brolly I found in a skip 3 years ago!

I got a beautiful gents umbrella when I first started working on Whitehall (because, well, why wouldn't you?) and I left it on the ****ing tube. Have used Fultons fold-up ones since.

Many years ago I asked for a Fox (racing) umbrella for a Christmas present. A well meaning family member bought one from the fox umbrellas link above. It’s had 20 odd years of abuse and is still going strong… recommended!
