Fancy watching a bit for karate research and just fun

I've got sky, but no sports channels. What channels so
I Need to get is it ESPN?, heard that here is some
Shown on FX/Fox?

Hmm I used to watch it on 419, can't remember what the channel is called these days though as it's been renamed a couple of times.

It's on ESPN here in the UK (the UFC)

FX/Fox/Fuel show non numbered UFC events in the US but they're still on ESPN here

Strikeforce doesn't exist anymore

btw you'll see very little karate in it for your research, but keep an eye out for Lyoto Machida who throws in a few more traditional moves

Have a look on the Extreme channel (419 sky) I caught some South African MMA the other week that was much more entertaining than the UFC stuff I've seen in the past.

Why subscribe to ludicrous sky when they're all free on you tube. Or you can by them for very little on DVD.

better still; instead of paying for ludicrous sky - join a MMA club and do it for real. Karate, how gay!?!
