Have just pulled a hamstring from here to bloody glasgow.

Moral of the story = warm up properly kids.

You should think about adding some stretching to your weekly fitness regime.

TSY - no. Caused by a muscle imbalance. Quads are much stronger than hamstrings so easy to make them go pop when sprinting without a full warm up.

If i'd done some stretching beforehand I'd have pulled my hamstring earlier. Ye dinnae stretch cold muscles dude ๐Ÿ˜€

Anyway i've always believed that you "ping a hammy". Twanging is something else altogether.
