Now that Tretchikoff's chinese girl is up for sale, does anyone know of a filter that will put that effect on pics?

Somehow I don't think so, limited appeal, really...
I've no doubt that doing some fancy tweaking in Photoshop with selective colour, or something similar you could get an effect rather like it. I'll let others play around to find out, I can't be arsed. Not a picture I have any sort of affection for, see...
