Heading to Valldemossa for a few weeks with the kids (toddlers) and the missus. Won't be doing anything too adventurous, probably just hiking, and might hire a road bike for a day or two. Can anyone recommend any good places to purchase travel insurance?

Just have a look on moneysupermarket or whatever and pick the cheapest vaguely reputable company. It's more important you make sure you all have your EHIC cards as that's what you'll need if you mess yourself up.

EHIC card's worked a treat for us in Menorca last week.
Depends if your resort medical facilities accept them though as some local places are private. May require a taxi to the next town to use EHIC card.
Personally I would be looking for the cheapest possible insurance that covers you for road biking, with decent medical cover.
Ignorance of the T&C's of an insurance policy is not bliss.
