Here, it shall be stoo. A good, hearty stoo. Made with cheek, and a bottle of Purity Ubu, and has been slowly cooking since around 0830. It shall be topped with dumplings.

What nommez-vous ce soir, STW?

Chicken, Chorizo and red pepper paella type thing. 40 mins in the oven, dead easy and very delicous.

Mogrim, liking your style! A German colleague recently asked, 'What is that dish? Frog in the ground or something?' 🙂

Bung it all in one pot in the oven rice type-thing with chicken, pancetta, broad beans and lemon juice. Yum.

Cod curry. It'll be very nice but I'm feeling envious of the various varieties of stew. Living with a [s]veggie[/s] piscatorian can be frustrating at mealtimes.

Just finished of roast comprising carrots, peas, yorkshires, roasties and pork that has been cooking in the slow cooker since about 8 o'clock this morning.

Now going to finish it off with homemade rice pudding with copious amounts of nutmeg

it was my day off.....but I have nearly doubled my mileage since new years day....so I find I need to eat a few my simple carbs.....but the spotted dick was a treat.
and like CHB say's, I am still 4 stone trimmer than I was.
