Mrs LM out with the girls, so for me:
- just starting on a 4 pack of Abbot
- moving on to a nice 2009 Monastrell Red
- then possibly the second bottle of Monastrell
- Godfather 1, 2 and 3 on SKY+ (unbelievably I've never seen any of them)

Now THAT'S a Saturday night!

I had a distressing phone call earlier, after which I took myself off a couple of miles along the beach and sat listening to the roar of the sea and sipping Bunnahabhain from my hip flask until the sky grew dark.

I'll have a few beers later.

Gin. Rediscovering it after a five year interlude, it makes a nice change from beer.

Nah, **** it. I could not possibly explain tonight, as much as I wish I could. three pints of wherry onboard the albatros and I hate ale - back on the whisky and grolsch after that.
